Monday

Monday marks the start of college application week: a week where colleges drop the application fee to help underprivileged students. Carrboro will providing college application services for the remainder of the week. Additionally, the US Army will be hosting a presentation in the Library during Lunch. In sports, Women’s Golf Regionals starts at 8am this morning, and Carrboro Men’s Soccer will be playing DSA; JV will be starting at 4:45, and Varsity will be at 6:30. 

Tuesday

College Application Week continues. Seniors, the Senior photo will be taken today at 11. Also happening today, Culbreth 8th graders will be visiting Carrboro, from 9:30-11:45. Colleges visiting today include, Davidson college from  11-11:30 and Elon University will be visiting from 11:45-12:15.

Wednesday

College Application Week continues. The makeup for the pre-ACT will be today, so report to the library from makeup testing. Colleges visiting today include, Washington University in St. from 9-9:30, Swarthmore College from 10-10:30 and Vanderbilt College 1:30-2:00. Additionally, Durham Tech will be having an information session starting at 6:00pm. In sports, Men’s soccer will be playing Reidsville at 6:00, and Volleyball Mid-state finals will be starting at 6:00.

Thursday

College Application Week continues. The only college visiting today will be Rhodes College from 12:45-1:15. Finally,The Fall play will be premiering tonight at 7:30 in the Carrboro Theater. Break a leg!

Friday

The quarter ends today so grades should be finalized! College Application Week will end today. The Fall Play will continue to show, and it will start at 6:00. In sports, Football will play Cummings tonight at 7:30. Go jags!
